Call
One number, the whole world. Whatever you need to reach — Tokly dials it.
Features
Everything Skype did — without the bloat
A calling app shouldn't need a 300 MB download and a sign-up wall. Tokly is the whole thing in a single tab.
See the price before you dial
Everyone else hides the rate until you've already paid. Tokly shows the exact per-minute price the instant you type a number — no surprises, ever.
Nothing to install
It runs in the tab you already have open. No app store, no updates, no permissions beyond the microphone you choose to grant.
Credits that never expire
Top up $5 and talk for as long as you like. Credits never expire and there's no subscription quietly draining your card each month.
Works on every device
On the web today, installable as a phone app tomorrow — same account, same balance, the same call button everywhere you go.
A number that's really yours
Rent a dedicated number and call from it like it's your own. When someone texts it back, the message is waiting in your dashboard inbox — codes, confirmations, replies.

People who stopped overpaying to call
Real callers, real numbers dialled. Here's what they told us after switching.
My parents don't use any of the calling apps, so I could never reach them on their landline without paying a fortune. Now I just dial their normal number from my laptop. Mum still can't believe it's me “calling from the computer”.
Emma R.NetherlandsI was travelling and my card got blocked. Phoning the bank from abroad is usually impossible — endless hold times eat your roaming. I called the international line, sat through every menu, and it cost me less than a coffee.
Diego M.MexicoI call my grandmother every Sunday. The sound is clearer than the regular phone, honestly, and I'm not watching a balance tick down in a panic the whole time. It just works.
Mei T.SingaporeAs a freelancer I deal with clients in three countries. Calling any of them straight from the browser, with rates I can actually predict, took a real headache off my plate.
Daniel K.GermanyStudying overseas, I dreaded the monthly phone bill. A friend mentioned it almost as a joke — now it's the only way I call home. The first call was free, which is how I got hooked.
Hana K.South KoreaSet it up in maybe two minutes. No app, no new number, no sales nonsense. I added a few euros and called a hotel in Italy to sort out a booking. Did exactly what I needed.

Questions, answered
Do I really not have to install anything?
Correct. Tokly works right in your browser tab. Open the page, allow your microphone when asked, and call. Nothing to download, no app store, no extensions.
What do I actually need to make a call?
Three everyday things: a web browser, a microphone — the one built into your laptop or phone is perfectly fine — and an internet connection. Headphones help, but they're optional. That's the entire setup.
Is the first call actually free?
Yes — your first call is on us, with no credit card required. After that you simply top up your wallet whenever you want to keep calling.
How much does it cost?
You pay per minute, starting at $0.02. The exact rate for your destination is shown in the dialer before you connect, so you're never surprised. There's no monthly fee and no minimum spend.
How do I add credit, and how do I pay?
Top up your wallet by card in whatever amount suits you — there's no obligation to add more than you need. Payments are handled over a secure, encrypted checkout, and your balance is ready to use the second it lands.
Do my credits expire or auto-renew?
Neither. Credits stay in your wallet until you spend them — no expiry date ticking away, no subscription quietly renewing each month. You top up only when you decide to, and you're only ever charged for the minutes you actually talk.
Do I need a phone number to sign up?
No. Tokly never requires you to own a phone number to sign up or make calls — an email is all you need. If you'd like your own number to appear as the caller ID, you can optionally verify one, but it's never required.
What will the person I call see as my number?
Unless you've verified your own number, your call arrives as a standard international caller ID rather than your personal line. Verify a number in your account and that's what shows up instead — handy when you want people to recognise you and call back.
Can I get my own number and receive texts?
Yes. You can rent a dedicated phone number inside Tokly and use it as your caller ID. Any SMS sent to that number lands in your dashboard inbox, so verification codes and replies reach you without a SIM. The monthly price is shown before you buy, and you can cancel anytime.
How good is the call quality — and what if a call drops?
Calls travel over a high-quality encrypted connection, so on a stable internet link they sound just like an ordinary phone call. If a call fails to connect or cuts out, you're only ever billed for the minutes that actually went through — never for a call that didn't happen.
Which countries and numbers can I reach?
Over 230 countries, landlines and mobiles alike — from your bank's hotline to family on the other side of the planet. Search any destination in the dialer and the live per-minute rate appears before you press call.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open Tokly in your phone's browser and the same dialer, the same balance, and the same call button are right there. One account follows you across every device you sign in on.
Are my calls private?
Yes. Your calls are encrypted, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account and call history at any time.
Can I call a landline from WhatsApp?
No — WhatsApp only calls other WhatsApp users, so landlines and ordinary numbers are out of reach. Tokly fills exactly that gap: it dials any real phone number from your browser at a per-minute rate you see before the call. Read the full guide →
